We are thrilled to receive a 5-year NIH R01 award to support research on understanding the gene regulatory roles of long terminal repeat (LTR) retrotransposons in mouse early development using (epi)genome editing and multi-omics analyses.

We are excited to receive the Trustee Award ($200k over two years) from Cincinnati Children’s Research Foundation for studying retrotransposon function in mammalian early development.

We successfully made the K99-to-R00 transition! The 3-year R00 award will support research to systemically dissect the mechanisms and functions of PcG proteins in mouse early development using the cutting-edge low-input chromatin profiling and rapid protein degradation techniques.
